Jill is a highly motivated professional with a strong background in project management. She has worked with companies of all sizes to manage CRM implementation projects through their entire lifecycle including Business Process Reviews, requirements documentation, and developing a clear project plan. After 5 years as a Project Manager at BlackIron, Jill transitioned to her new role as Customer Success Manager in 2015.
Prior to working with the BlackIron group, Jill worked for 8 years as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at Tomra North America, Inc. She managed several IT projects throughout her tenure, including the implementation of ERP and CRM applications. She was also responsible for the design and implementation of customized training curriculum for these systems. Prior to her IT career, Jill worked as a financial analyst, specializing in budgeting and financial reporting.
Jill is salesforce.com certified. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
