I didn’t need to see an article to tell me that SFDC is either pushing, or clients are embracing (or both) the Communities feature in SFDC. I’m going to guess that 50% of our deals now involve either Partner of Customer Community. And it’s no wonder – the tool has come so far from the basic portals. And not just the chatter piece (although that’s really cool) – the whole UI, the ease with which we can customize and extend, the entire Community platform has really begin to change the way we talk to prospects.
