I have to admit, I didn’t know much about social.com – it seemed to be one of those products that really didn’t get the full salesforce treatment, but the more I read, the more I think that for B2C customers, this tool is going to be a game changer…
I was reading an article about how McDonald’s is using to to combine social and CRM data and even coordinate campaigns across media (email, Social, etc.) and combine that data into what they are calling “customer Journeys”.
Anyway, check it out – interesting reading for sure…
