JADCO Manufacturing, Inc. is a leading global provider of unique solutions to combat impact and abrasion challenges for over 40 years.  JADCO offers an unparalleled array of proprietary products to optimize operations.

JADCO builds custom wear resistant Steel Solutions for a variety of industries, including Mining, Steel Mills, Power Generation and Paper Mills.

JADCO wanted to know ABOUT some of the data in their ERP, JOBBOSS.  Such as:

  • Which Quotes required follow up
  • Which Quotes turned into Jobs (Won vs Lost Jobs)
  • Which customers usually went with quotes (win percentage) and which didn’t (tire kickers)
  • How much Revenue existed for a Customer
  • What were the sales Trends (TY/LY)

Like Most ERP’s this data was in JOBBOSS, but getting to it, and making sense of it – well, that was another story.

Working together, BlackIron Group  built these views, and wrote the integration code so that JADCO could utilize data they already had in ERP to give valuable insight into their customers, and a competitive advantage in the markets.

Acme United

Acme needed a central place to store customer information – across divisions, and then to use that data, both in the office and in the field.  BlackIron Group implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud which gave the internal team the ability to manage quotes for their customers, and by integrating Salesforce to their ERP system. SysPro didn’t have an API that could be used for  this, so BlackIron developed a way to access this important data without impacting performance of the ERP. This integration has helped Sales Reps and Executives understand critical sales and inventory data in new ways, giving them more time to work with their customers.
