BlackIron Group initially helped Zeochem to setup and configure SalesCloud, providing Sales Reps and Technical experts with a centralized system to create, revise and deliver quotes to their customers.

Next, we helped Zeochem implement an e-signature strategy for the quoting function.  Using e-signature, Zeochem was able to rapidly speed up quote acceptance and dramatically improve quote win rates.

Finally, we helped Zeochem with a sophisticated bi-directional integration with their ERP, SAP.  The integration passes quotes to SAP, creating quotes in the SAP system, that – when won – translates seamlessly into Sales Orders, Invoices and ultimately payments.  This integration reduces potential key entry errors, speeds up the time to invoice, and brings key analytic al data back to Salesforce for use by reps and executives alike.
